Once these carefully selected green coffee beans arrive at our roastery, the artistry continues. Our head roaster, a certified Q Grader, develops a unique roast profile for each batch. Inside, you'll find options to select your size, choose your milk type (including whole, skim, oat, almond, and soy), add extra espresso shots, and select from our range of house-made syrups and sauces. Once you've crafted your perfect beverage, simply click "Add to Order." Your preferences can also be saved to your account for quick one-tap reordering in the future.
We currently deliver within a 5-mile radius of our central roastery located at 123 Coffee Lane. You can check if your address is within our delivery zone by entering it on the checkout page. Our standard delivery fee is a flat $3.50. However, we are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $25. We are constantly working to expand our delivery area, so please check back often or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your neighborhood.

These cups are designed to retain heat for an extended period. Furthermore, our logistics are optimized for speed. Our delivery riders are dispatched the moment your drink is prepared, ensuring the shortest possible time between our barista's hands and your doorstep. Cold drinks are similarly packaged to stay refreshingly chilled.
Absolutely! We offer our full range of single-origin and blended coffees as whole beans, available in 12oz and 2lb bags. You can find them in the "Coffee Beans" section of our store. We always ship beans that have been roasted within the last 48 hours to ensure maximum freshness. If you don't have a grinder at home, we can also grind the beans for you to your desired coarseness (e.g., French Press, Drip, Espresso) right before we ship your order.
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If there is any issue with your order—whether it's an incorrect item or you're not satisfied with the quality—please contact our customer support within 2 hours of delivery. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement order or issue a full refund to your original payment method. For merchandise or unopened coffee bean bags, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Delivery Zones and Fees. Our current operational delivery zone encompasses a 5-mile radius from our central location at 123 Coffee Lane, Brewville. We are actively working on expanding our service area and will announce new zones via our newsletter and app notifications. To verify if your address falls within our service area, please enter it during the checkout process. A standard, flat-rate delivery fee of $3.50 is applied to all orders. However, to show our appreciation for larger orders, we proudly offer complimentary free delivery for any order with a subtotal of $25 or more. This discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no coupon code required.
Estimated Delivery Times. Upon placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery time (ETA). Our average delivery time, from order confirmation to arrival at your door, is between 20 and 35 minutes. This timeframe can fluctuate based on order volume, traffic conditions, and your distance from our facility. You will receive a notification the moment your rider is approaching.
Packaging and Temperature Control. We have gone to great lengths to solve the challenge of temperature maintenance for delivered beverages. All hot drinks are served in premium, dual-wall insulated paper cups with securely fitting, sip-through lids to minimize heat loss and prevent spills. Cold drinks are served in sturdy, condensation-resistant cups to ensure they arrive refreshingly chilled. All items in your order are secured in a durable, branded delivery bag by our riders to ensure stability and safety during transit. We believe the first sip you take should be at the perfect temperature, and our packaging reflects that core belief.
Contactless Delivery and Special Instructions. The health and safety of our customers and riders are paramount. We offer a "Contactless Delivery" option at checkout. If selected, our rider will leave your order in a safe, designated spot at your location and notify you of its arrival.
